Located in the Sultanahmet district, Sura Design Hotel & Suites is a stunning property created with unique interior designs. Centrally located in the enchanting city of Istanbul the popular hotel is a just few minutes from destinations such as Sultanahmet Tram Stop, Les Arts Turcs, and Basilica Cistern and the iconic sights and landmarks including; the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and Topkapi Palace are within easy walking distance. With 60 uniquely designed rooms they are amongst the largest and most luxurious accommodations in Sultanahmet.

Sura Design Hotel and Suites is part of Sura Hotels, a collection of luxurious 5 star properties in Istanbul. Istanbul has been described by many as one of the most romantic, beautiful and majestic cities in the world. As a guest it is easy to imagine yourself as a character in a story from One Thousand and One Nights.

Sura Hotels contacted Profitroom in December after researching the top-performing CRM and Booking Engine systems on the market. They required our help and guidance to improve their online guest booking experience and to also increase their direct bookings and sales conversions.

Their existing Booking Engine experience was clunky and did not offer a streamlined guest journey which ultimately led to a drop off in bookings along the way. They also wanted to invest in a CRM to proactively manage communications with their guests and prospective bookers. Due to the poor booking experience and lack of personalised guest communications the number of direct bookings dramatically reduced.
