Jolanta brings 20 years of experience in the hospitality sector, having managed sales, marketing, and revenue teams in luxury leisure hotels. As a Senior Business Development Manager, Jolanta helps leisure hotels and resorts unleash their potential and maximise profitability with direct online sales.
With a background in sales and a strong interest in hospitality and tourism, at Profitroom, she gets to work closely with amazing hoteliers and help them achieve their goals. Weronika takes pride in the success of her clients, and believes that Profitroom stands out from its competitors with its strong focus on partnership and continuous optimisation.
Andrès Reyes Gjerme has been working in hospitality and tourism since he was 16 years old. Ever since he was little, he’s been fascinated by hotels and especially the atmosphere of the hotel lobby. He started his own management company with the aim of delivering both strategic guidance and operational execution in addition to workshops and training. His experience derives most notably from independent hotels and international chains in Europe in addition to a consulting company in France. Andrès holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel & Tourism Management from CMH – l´École de Management Hoteller International de Luxe in Paris with specialization in the luxury industry and in branding strategies. He speaks five languages and now learning his sixth. What drives him further is passion for guests and colleagues, and how together we can build each other up and the industry.
Nadia has over 13 years of diverse experience in the hospitality industry. She has held various roles in different departments such as the front office, loyalty, event, sales and marketing. She has a comprehensive understanding of departmental structure, daily operations, routines and planning. Nadia is driven by a fast paced environment and loves the atmosphere you’ll find in a hotel.
Beside her role in RG Hospitality Management she is finalizing her degree in digital marketing and management getting her the depth to continue developing in the leadership role.
With a keen understanding of the industry, combined with her innovative approach she will contribute with how to efficiently manage time and reduce the risk of burn out in the fast evolving environment of the industry.
