FEDHASA Cape appoints Samantha Williams as board member

Samantha Williams, Commercial Director at Profitroom, appointed as board member for FEDHASA Cape

Award-winning booking solutions company Profitroom is proud to announce that the company’s Commercial Director, Samantha Williams, has been appointed as a board member for Federated Hospitality Association of South Africa (FEDHASA) Cape.

Williams brings a wealth of experience and expertise that spans continents to her new role as a board member. She is passionate about helping hoteliers maximise and grow their revenue and is an advocate for personalised, automated processes and integrated systems that help to make the sales process easy for employees and more engaging for guests.

“I am passionate about education and with one of FEDHASA’s missions being to educate, I believe that I am able to contribute in accelerating the tourism industry through sharing insights, knowledge and skills. I hope to bring a broader perspective to the industry and create more inclusive opportunities for all.” said Williams. 

The appointment further solidifies the relationship between Profitroom and FEDHASA. William’s knowledge of the industry will help equip FEDHASA hoteliers with the tools they need to increase efficiency, enhance guest experiences, and encourage growth. By drawing on Profitroom’s expertise, Williams will also help FEDHASA reach new heights in the region and bolster Profitroom's efforts to improve the tourism industry through innovative technology.
