WE’VE BEEN SHORTLISTED IN THE BOUTIQUE HOTELIER AWARDS!

Earlier this year, we were delighted to hear that Boutique Hotelier, one of the leading online magazines for the boutique hotel industry, were yet again opening their awards, which look to shine a light on those who’ve been working hard behind the scenes.

Firstly, we are proud to announce that Profitroom has been shortlisted in the Best Recovery Initiative category! According to Boutique Hotelier, this category recognises establishments that have ‘run the most innovative start-up and reopening process’. 

Via our live hotel industry barometer, we can keep track of daily updates regarding hotel booking trends. Doing this makes it easier to see booking comparisons over time, which is particularly helpful when it comes to comparing performance against other properties in the industry. 

Having the ability to assess the performance of other establishments at such a great level of detail means that when it comes to making improvements to a property’s online system, we can combine current hotel trends and successes, before fine-tuning them to the hotel’s specific needs. So far, using a live hotel barometer this has worked really well for us. As an example, our work with Port Lympne saw the hotel achieve 99% occupancy post-lockdown. With the adoption of our booking engine, Port Lympne’s online consumers enjoyed a seamless booking experience.
